Make an introduction. Share in the outcome.
Connect us with companies that own software repositories or technical assets that may be suitable for AI licensing. We handle evaluation and the licensing process.
Introduce an asset owner
Send a private introduction to a company you know, or share your personal referral link.
We evaluate with them
We engage the company directly, review rights and sensitivity, and handle the licensing process end to end.
You earn a referral fee
If an accepted introduction leads to a qualifying paid licensing transaction, you receive a share of the fee we collect.
If an accepted introduction leads to a qualifying paid licensing transaction, the referral fee is 2% of the ProvenanceAI fee actually collected — not of the total transaction value. For larger or unusual introductions, contact us directly to discuss terms.
- Calculation basis
- ProvenanceAI fee actually collected
- Scope
- First qualifying paid transaction only
- Eligibility window
- Confirmed when your introduction is accepted
The referral fee is calculated on the ProvenanceAI fee actually collected — never on the total transaction value. Submitting an introduction does not guarantee acceptance, licensing, or payment. Applicable terms are recorded when an introduction is accepted.
Introductions may include software companies, development agencies, and owners of discontinued or non-core software. Other holders of internal engineering materials or technical IP may also be relevant.
Companies must own the assets or hold explicit authorization to discuss licensing. We never ask for source code, credentials, or confidential files at introduction stage.
